My lifestyle has changed completely just a few weeks into Helen’s program. I work as a chef and like to eat late at night after work, drink, and be lazy. To be clear, I was/am not someone who changes life habits easily. However since taking Helen’s program, I changed my lifestyle very easily and obviously for the better. I lost 5 kg in just 5 weeks, and after four months I’ve lost 12kg. I wake up feeling happy now and of all the kitchen staff at my work, I am the only one that still has energy at the end of the day.
All the changes that I needed to make were things I had always known but I never did them until now. Once you join the program and understand what’s going on through Ayurveda, you will understand what I’ve said. How I got to where I am has been so simple but deep. Through learning how to analyze and understand myself through Ayurveda, I can keep doing this. If you want to have a better life, this program will give you direction.

Through Helen’s program, I’m learning about my own body and its rhythm, and how to live more naturally and eliminate toxins. Before that, I was looking for something but didn’t knowing what!
I feel lighter in my body now. I am quick to recover from a ‘big day’. I can re-set each night and wake up surprisingly fresh in the morning. These wonderful changes come from a series of small changes that I learnt in the program.
I feel more energetic but also grounded. It’s amazing. There’s a good cycle of living healthily and feeling good. I really look forward to learning more habits each week, to make positive changes in my day to day life. The program doesn’t bombard you with difficult tasks that requires a lot of effort.
I have come to pay more attention to things that I do every day. And I understand how important it is to do so. This program has had an impact on my mind too. It challenged me to be honest with myself. Confronting my lack of determination head on. It made me admit my unwillingness to make sacrifices.
Connecting with Helen on weekly basis not only helped consolidate learning but also made me feel accountable which is what I need. Getting input and feedback from Helen really helps me understand my own tendencies and also my husband’s. Helen’s approach is very allowing, and helps remove judgements towards myself and others. I feel more compassionate.
